Goldberg To Face Kevin Owens For The Universal Championship

The other big story from last week was the debut of Samoa Joe. The former NXT Champion would do the dirty work of Triple H, slinging Seth Rollins around the ringside area before locking in the Coquina Clutch on Seth in the ring.

Following his addition onto the List of Jericho, He would then officially challenge Owens to a match at Fastlane for the Universal Championship. Triple H appeared and helped Rollins attack and eliminate Reigns before turning on Rollins, allowing Owens to win and become champion.

"'Well, Kevin Owens, it looks like you - and your title - are next", Goldberg screamed.

This is not the first serious injury to happen to Rollins.

Finally, for fans eagerly anticipating Emmalina's inaugural appearance on Raw after almost six months of teasing, the wait could finally be over soon as she is finally making her re-debut next week.

While the complete match card for WrestleMania 33 is not yet decided, Randy Orton has a confirmed match for the WWE Championship after he won the Royal Rumble but his opponent is yet to be decided. He issued an open challenge, saying he was looking for a fight.

But the defeat hasn't stopped him from making a surprise appearance to take on 7ft man mountain the Big Show. Costing Goldberg the championship would add true animosity to the bout between the part-time Superstars at WrestleMania.

That would likely close out the show in Orlando and would set up for an interesting scenario. The world was shocked when Lesnar lost to Goldberg in under two minutes.

Goldberg's title shot was announced on WWE Raw last night, while his Wrestlemania match was also confirmed on the show. This may be a move by WWE to raise the title's stock, as it is now suffering from Kevin Owens' poor booking.
