From 2013-15, Kendricks backed up Cook in St. Louis, before the latter signed with the Packers last offseason.

Bennett finished his lone season with the New England Patriots catching 55 passes for 701 yards and seven touchdowns.

Martellus Bennett has found a new team, and a new fan base to entertain.

Another factor that played into Kendricks' decision to sign with the Packers was the winning history.

Australian shepherd helps raise tiger cubs in Cincinnati Zoo
The cubs will move to the Zoo's Cat Canyon this summer after they have received their last round of immunizations. Blakely has helped raise baby cheetahs , wallabies, bat-eared foxes, and an ocelot, among other young animals.

The former Patriots tight end inked a three-year, $21 million deal with the Packers Friday, causing quite a stir. He also spent one season with the Giants in 2012. He received a 4 year 18.5 million dollar deal in 2015 and ultimately lasted only two out of those seasons.

However, Kendricks is excited about the dimension he and Bennett could add to an offense that's also returning third-year tight end Richard Rodgers.

Tom Brady loves to get the ball to his big guys down the middle and Bennett proved to be a valuable safety net for the eventual Super Bowl 51 MVP. He led the Badgers in receptions (43), receiving yards (663) and touchdowns (five) in 2010 where he was a John Mackey award finalist, given to the nation's best tight end. That meant Rodgers' base salary went from $690,000 to $1.787 million and his cap number went from about $826,500 to $1.924 million.

It's never a bad idea to give an elite quarterback like Aaron Rodgers as many targets as possible, and the Green Bay Packers appear to be doing just that.
