There is a light at the rear area of the Honor Bee 2 which would start functioning when the user receives a call or a text message.

Huawei's sub-brand, Honor seems to be working on the successor of Honor 8 smartphone, which is dubbed as Honor 9.

Honor president George Zhao said: "The Honor 8 Pro is the best performing Honor smartphone to date, redefining large-screen smartphones by wrapping its outstanding features in an ultra-thin, minimalist design". Additionally, the new smartphone also boasts a "Smart Key", which can be used to launch any app. Specs include an upgraded 5.7 inch QHD LCD display, a Kirin 960 octa-core processor and a hefty 6GB of RAM. As far as competition is concerned, the Honor Bee 2 rivals the Xiaomi Redmi 4A.

The Huawei Honor Bee 2 runs Android 5.1 and is powered by a 2100mAh non removable battery. Besides, the smartphone has a Hybrid Dual SIM tray, 4G LTE, WiFi (IEEE 802.11 a/b/g/n/ac, Hotspot up to 8 devices), Bluetooth 4.2, GPS, Accelerometer, Ambient Light Sensor, Proximity Sensor, Infrared Sensor, Compass, Gyroscope, and NFC. The phone packs 8GB of internal storage that can be expanded up to 32GB via a microSD card. The dual camera setup with laser autofocus and dual-LED flash is something that could easily happen, too. Honor Bee 2 comes with 4G VoLTE connectivity. The device which would be offered in Black, Gold, and White variants is likely to retail as an offline exclusive through retail stores across the country.
