Just weeks before Guardians of the Galaxy Vol. 2 hits theaters, writer-director James Gunn recently announced that he would be writing and directing an upcoming Guardians of the Galaxy Vol. 3.

With the backdrop - "Awesome Mixtape #2", the second part of the 2014 film "Guardians of the Galaxy" will take further the team's adventures as they traverse different cosmos to protect their world. Gunn didn't say anything about a potential Vol. 4, but he did hint at a future beyond the third film.

Similarly to Pixar's mock bloopers, at least three of the five scenes are expected to provide comic relief following the film's serious tone. This first episode will cost you USD$4.99 - although we expect Telltale to put up a promotional "season pass" at discounted costs soon.

What better way to entice fans than to use Baby Groot's face.

Many believe that at least one of the five scenes will include an Infinity War-related teaser, looking ahead to the third Avengers film in 2018. Some believe that it will show Thanos' acquisition of the gems, while others believe that the Avengers will receive news of Thanos' actions.

The official soundtrack to Guardians of the Galaxy Vol 2 is set to be released tomorrow April 21st and guess who's on it? The disco beats and feel of the song fits right into the intergalactic superhero drama.
