Handwritten Harry Potter prequel stolen in burglary

The 800-word story, handwritten on an A5 postcard, was stolen from a home in Kings Heath, England, in April, according to police.

The manuscript was taken alongside valuable jewellery during the break-in, which occurred between 13 and 24 April, West Midlands Police said. Officer PC Paul Jauncey, who is investigating the case, appealed to Harry Potter fans, asking them to call the police if they see the prequel for sale or if they know its location.
