Crash Involving School Bus, Van Reported in Kenosha County

A 16-year-old Ashland High School student was killed Friday Morning in a car-bus collision south of Ashland. Two students on the bus were taken to Memorial Medical Center with unknown injuries.

The school district said in a Facebook post that all of the students on the bus and the bus driver have been released from the hospital.

One person died and two others were injured in a collision between a school bus and a van in Kenosha County.

At this time Deputies and the Salem Fire Department are at the scene of a crash involving a van and a school bus in the 24500 block of Wilmot Road.

The posted speed limit is 55 miles per hour on Highway C, which closed between Highway 83 and 258th Avenue while authorities investigated the crash.
