The new Apple iMac Pro will start at a price of $4,999 in the United States and will be available in December. The 21.5-inch iMac will be made available for purchase at a starting price of $1,099, the 21.5-inch iMac with Retina 4K display will cost you $1299, while the 27-inch iMac with Retina 5K display will go on sale at a starting price of $1799.

iMac also comes with the best Mac display ever, now 43 percent brighter at 500 nits and with support for 1 billion colors, delivering an even more vivid and true-to-life viewing experience. The 21.5-inch 4K models deliver up to three times faster performance and the 27-inch 5K models are up to 50 percent faster. The new iMac Pro includes a new dual centrifugal fan setting that allows the device to have more airflow compared to other Mac products. All the new graphics cards come bundled with the new improvements in macOS High Sierra, that means these new machines will support VR content. Furthermore Apple says the SSD storage options now offer up to 50 per cent faster transfers. The iMac Pro is designed and architected especially for high-end professional creatives.

Featuring next-generation Intel Xeon processors up to 18 cores, iMac Pro is created to handle the most demanding pro workflows. Featuring a stunning new space gray enclosure, iMac Pro packs incredible performance for advanced graphics editing, virtual reality content creation and real-time 3D rendering. iMac Pro is scheduled to ship in December.

The new 10.5-inch iPad Pro will start at $649 in the USA and be available in silver, space gray, gold and rose gold colors. Apple has also unveiled an AR Kit that's useful for developers who are creating augmented reality apps for iOS devices.

The 15-inch MacBook Pro with Touch Bar still starts at Rs. 2,05,900, while at Rs. 2,39,900, the top-end model is now cheaper by Rs. 2,000. However, it can be configured with an 18-core processor alternative and up to 128GB of EEC RAM, storage of 4TB SSD and Radeon Vega discrete graphics cards including up to 16GB of memory.

In essence, the iMac Pro is meant to replace the dustbin-shaped Mac Pro that Apple launched in 2013 and quickly forgot about afterwards. It has designed an "innovative thermal architecture that gives iMac Pro 80 per cent more cooling capacity", so you can enjoy the extreme performance in a slim iMac design.

"With major updates to iMac, and a refresh of our MacBook and MacBook Pro lines, the Mac is stronger than ever", said John Ternus, Apple's vice president of Hardware Engineering.
