Andrew Humphries, 18, walked away from the area of U.S. Highway 441 and SE 81st Street and was later found in the 8900 block of the highway, the Marion County Sheriff's Office said. When he tries to open the patrol vehicle door, the deputy says, "That's not normal", then adds, "You are absolutely naked, my man".

Investigators also believe Humphries left the scene of an earlier accident in which he was the driver.

The deputy was concerned for Humphries' well-being, so he got out of his cruiser to talk to him. Seconds later, he starts screaming and kicking the patrol auto, deputies said.

Deputies said Humphries kicked the rear passenger door of the patrol auto and pulled on the metal cage, causing $1,000 in damage.

Witnesses said Humphries then urinated on the auto, which belongs to a MCSO deputy.
