New Black Mirror stories will be released as books

Created by Charlie Brooker, Black Mirror tells sci-fi stories with a dark and satirical edge, usually focusing on the unanticipated consequences of modern society's obsession with the latest and greatest technological advances. English anthology series Black Mirror was a bit ahead of the curve in that regard with its technophobic "Twilight Zone for the 21st century" feel.

EW wrote that the three-volume series of books hasn't been written yet, but the stories will be written by popular authors and be edited by Black Mirror creator Brooker.

The satirical TV drama series began life on Channel 4 before moving to Netflix previous year for its third series.

'This is Black Mirror in book form - allowed to roam through the imaginations of some of the leading names in contemporary fiction.

BM Season 4-Netflix's second go-round with the British program-will debut later this year.

Judging by what has come before the collection however, we believe you can firmly rest assured that the stories here will all be hugely different to one another, with underlying commentary on social politics, injustice and more.

"Apparently you just have to glance at some sort of 'ink code" printed on paper and images and sounds magically appear in your head, enacting the story. The publisher went on to say that they would be working directly with Brooker on the project. In fact, more than we suspect it will ever be possible for Charlie to make.
